The Energy News Network publishes occasional unpaid opinion pieces related to state and local clean energy policy. Submissions will be considered on a case-by-case basis and should meet the following criteria:
- Must contain a unique and timely viewpoint
- Must relate to state or local clean energy policy
- Must not contain false or misleading information
- Must not contain sales pitches or self-promotion
- Authors must disclose any financial ties to the subject
- Must not have been previously published elsewhere
- Should be less than 800 words in length
Send commentary submissions to info [at] energynews.us along with a headshot photo and brief (1-2 sentences) bio of the author. Submissions are generally published within 2-3 days, but turnaround time can vary. We reserve the right to decline any submission for any reason.
